Q. Can I return my order if I change my mind?
All orders are custom printed for the individual with processing beginning as soon as an order is received. As such we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind so please select carefully and double check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for mistakes made by customers at checkout or incorrectly entered addresses. Please be aware that any item that needs to be reshipped due to incorrect addressing will incur additional postage fees to cover reshipment and potentially new printing costs if the item is unable to be returned to us.
If you believe we have made a mistake with your order please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take the necessary steps to correct the error.
Q. What if my order is damaged in transit?
In the unlikely event that an order is damaged in transit, please follow ALL of the steps below for recording and reporting the damage to us;
1/ Do not discard packaging
2/ Take photos of damage to both packaging and contents
3/ Contact us as soon as possible with the above information.
Once you have contacted us we will rectify the situation as best as we can at no additional cost to you. In the meantime it is also advised that you report the damage to your local postal service.
Unfortunately we have no control over the way our packages are handled by couriers and postal companies once they leave our hands but we try our best to minimise the chances of this happening by packaging all of our print orders with great care and sturdy support.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
*Orders will be ready to ship within 3 - 7 days of ordering.
This process involves specialised commercial printing and packaging so your order is safe and protected during transit. Delivery time will be in addition to this and will vary depending on where you are having your order posted. *Please refer to the below table for estimates on shipping and delivery times to your country.

All artwork found under the 'Cloud Walker Studios' tab is printed and posted from the U.S. If you wish for your order to be printed in Australia for a faster turnaround, please contact me for a quote. All artwork found under the 'Renee Tohl Art' tab is printed in Australia and only able to be shipped within Australia and New Zealand at this stage. International shipping is not currently available for these prints.

Q. Is tracking included?
All orders for delivery within the US will automatically include tracking. Orders for delivery internationally (UK, Europe, Canada, Australia etc) do not include tracking so if you require this service please contact me for a quote.

Q. Can you include delivery instructions on my packaging for the courier?
Unfortunately we are unable to include delivery instructions with your package. To ensure the postal service are able to easily contact you if they require further information, please leave your most up to date contact number and email address when ordering.
This will be added to your package so the courier or postal service are able to contact you quickly when delivering!
Q. Do you cover any customs and duties fees or import taxes?
Custom and duty fees in individual countries are the responsibility of the customer, if you are unsure please contact your local government agency to confirm if your country has any import taxes or fees that you will need to pay upon receipt of your order.
PLEASE NOTE - All devices including computer screens view and display colour differently, as a result the final printed item may vary slightly in colour, tone or shade compared to what you have viewed on screen.
